We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist. Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability, but we can’t always guarantee it.

For colour, extensions, or specialist services, we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead. For haircuts or blow-dries, 1–2 weeks is usually enough - but busier seasons like Christmas fill up faster.

Yes - a deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final bill. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if you reschedule with the required notice (see our cancellation policy).

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposits and may require full payment before rebooking.

Yes - all new colour clients and extension clients must have a patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment. This is to ensure your safety and avoid any allergic reactions.

We love little ones, but for safety reasons and to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests, we ask that you only bring children if they have an appointment themselves.

We accept cash or bank transfer.

Yes - we offer free consultations for all services, including colour, cuts, and extensions. This ensures we understand your hair goals and can give an accurate price before booking. This can be found on the booking link.

We only fit extensions supplied by us to guarantee quality, safety, and the best possible results.

• Tie your hair in a loose ponytail or plait before sleeping.

• Dry your hair fully after washing and before styling.

• Use aftercare products advised by your stylist for longevity.

• Do not overload your hair with products, especially silver shampoo without using clarifying shampoo first to remove build-up.

• Make sure all products are thoroughly rinsed to avoid product build-up.

•  Always separate hair extensions from each other while styling to prevent matting.

• Comb/brush extensions from the ends, working your way up to the root to avoid shedding; please see stylist on recommended hair extension brushes.

• Avoid excessive sun/heat exposure including sun beds, please make sure your hair is covered.

• ALWAYS attend regular maintenance appointments.
