At The Studio by Alex, we are committed to providing a professional, transparent, and fair service for all our clients and students. Please read the following carefully, as booking an appointment or course with us means you agree to these terms.
Salon & Training Academy Policies
Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the booking total.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking total.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show, and the service will not be carried out.
Training Academy Bookings
All course deposits are non-refundable.
Course bookings can be transferred to another date with a minimum of 14 days’ notice.
Failure to attend a booked course without prior notice will result in the full balance being due.
Contacting Us
Appointments must be cancelled or amended via our booking system (Fresha).
Our admin team does not respond to enquiries over weekends.
For urgent enquiries during opening hours (Tuesday–Saturday), please use the “Call” button on our Instagram page.
Klarna Disclaimer

Payment is to be made to Klarna.

By choosing Klarna at checkout, you enter into a credit agreement with Klarna Bank AB. Klarna may perform a credit check. For questions or concerns about payments, please contact Klarna directly.
